1. No Cancellation
Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage users to carefully review their availability and intent before confirming any appointment or event registration.
2. No Refunds
All payments made towards appointments, sessions, or events are final and non-refundable, including:

3. Rescheduling

If an event or session is cancelled or postponed by Minterface, you will be offered an alternative date, credit toward another program, or a full refund — at our discretion.
