1. No Cancellation

Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage users to carefully review their availability and intent before confirming any appointment or event registration.

2. No Refunds

All payments made towards appointments, sessions, or events are final and non-refundable, including:

• Missed sessions (no-shows)

• Last-minute changes

• Personal schedule conflicts

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed only once, and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session. We do not guarantee alternate dates but will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations by Us

If an event or session is cancelled or postponed by Minterface, you will be offered an alternative date, credit toward another program, or a full refund — at our discretion.
